Deniz is a graduate of Lycée Saint Benoît and obtained her law degree from Galatasaray University Law School.
Prior to joining Şanlı & Partners (currently known as Vardar Şanlı) as an Associate in 2021, Deniz gained her early experience in leading Turkish law firms where she was involved in several corporate and finance transactions. She mostly concentrates on cross-border projects in the construction and energy sectors, with a regional focus on Africa, Benelux as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
Deniz is fluent in English and French.
