Monetary Limit for Consumer Arbitral Tribunal Applications Has Been Increased

As per the communiqué published by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye in the Official Gazette dated December 16, 2022 and numbered 32045 (the “Communiqué”), the monetary limit for the applications to be made to consumer arbitral tribunals has been increased to Turkish Liras 66,000 from Turkish Liras 30,000 in view of the revaluation rate of 122.93%.
