Ali Cem obtained his law degree from Marmara University Law School and his LL.M. degree from Istanbul University Law School.
Ali Cem has key expertise in intellectual property, media and entertainment law, and acted for reputable corporates and private clients in various proceedings including commercial litigation and entertainment disputes. He also advises our clients on commercial contracts, data protection, IT and e-commerce law.
Ali Cem is the editor of the book titled “Personal Data Protection Law in light of the Recent Developments (Güncel Gelişmeler Işığında Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hukuku)” and the author of the book titled “The Right of Attribution under Copyright Law (Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Hukukunda Adın Belirtilmesi Hakkı)”, published in 2025. In addition to these works, he has published various articles in law journals and academic platforms. Also, Ali Cem gives lectures regularly at reputable universities and other institutions.
