Berke graduated from Kadıköy Maarif College and obtained his law degree from Istanbul University Law School.
Berke joined Şanlı & Partners (currently known as Vardar Şanlı) as a Trainee in 2019 and has been with the firm since then. He primarily focuses on corporate law as well as IT and data protection. In addition to his involvement in M&A and VC transactions, Berke provides the consultancy service on debt recovery process.
Berke is fluent in English.
