Cemre graduated from TED Istanbul College and obtained her law degree from Marmara University Law School. She is currently pursuing her LL.M. studies in commercial law at Istanbul University.
Prior to joining Vardar Şanlı in late 2024, Cemre worked as an Associate at several reputable law firms, where she gained experience in corporate and M&A, restructuring, personal data protection and antitrust. She provides legal consultancy services to corporations operating in sectors such as energy, FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and media. She also represents the Firm’s clients in commercial litigation and international arbitration proceedings.
Cemre is fluent in English.
