Fırat is a graduate of the Koç School and obtained his law degree from Koç University.
Prior to joining Vardar Şanlı as a Trainee in mid-2022, he gained his early experience at leading Turkish law firms where he was mostly involved in intellectual property and insurance law matters. After completing his traineeship at Vardar Şanlı in 2022, Fırat continued to work at the firm as an Associate.
Having been promoted to Senior Associate in mid-2026, Fırat focuses primarily on M&A, commercial contracts, corporate maintenance / governance, finance and capital markets law, while also advising on competition, compliance, e-comm, FinTech and private client & wealth management matters.
Fırat is fluent in English.
