Associate
Fırat is a graduate of the Koç School and obtained his law degree from Koç University.
Prior to joining Vardar Şanlı as a Trainee in mid-2022, he gained an early experience at leading Turkish law firms where he was mostly involved in intellectual property and insurance law matters. Fırat, having been promoted to Associate in late 2022, mainly focuses on corporate maintenance, finance and capital markets law as well as e-commerce law as part of his current role. Fırat further represents the firm’s clients in criminal matters relating to white-collar crimes and internal investigations requested by the clients.
Fırat is fluent in English.
