Ozan Ali is a graduate of Galatasaray High School and obtained his law degree from Marmara University Law School. Following his graduation, he completed his master's degree and Ph.D. in the field of private law at the same university.
He is the author of academic works such as "Comic Books Within the Scope of Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works", "Request for Transfer of Gain Based on Violation of Intellectual Rights", and "Unfair Competition Law". Additionally, he is the editor of works containing bibliographies and case compilations on current legislations in specific areas, including, "Turkish Unfair Competition Law in comparison with Swiss Law", "Intellectual and Artistic Works Law" and "Industrial Property Law.". In addition to his six books, he has also published over twenty articles in various academic journals.
Ozan Ali has an extensive experience in contract law, copyright law, trademark law, unfair competition law and personality rights. He also provides consultancy and legal support to a diverse client base, including large corporates, artists, professional societies and associations.
