Samet is a graduate of Istanbul Usküdar High School and obtained his law degree from Istanbul University Law School.
Prior to joining Vardar Şanlı as an Associate in mid-2025, Samet worked at leading Turkish law firms, where he gained experience primarily in the areas of capital markets, contract law, corporate and consumer law. In addition to these areas, Samet advises various domestic and international clients on cross-border M&A and banking & finance projects.
Samet is fluent in English.
