Temuçin is a graduate of Eyüboğlu High School and obtained his law degree from York Law School at the University of York. He subsequently completed his equivalency education at Galatasaray University Law School.
Prior to joining Vardar Şanlı as an Associate in early 2026, Temuçin worked at leading law firms in Türkiye, where he gained experience mainly in corporate law, M&A transactions, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
In his current role, Temuçin advises the Firm’s clients mainly on cross-border M&A and finance transactions, corporate and antitrust matters. He further supports the Team in international trade, aviation, shipping and logistics matters.
Temuçin is bilingual in English and Turkish.
